Dalian Hayashi has inhabited and developed the 30-year technical advantages from Japanese parent company,being expert in producing high quality surface,complex shape investment casting,our quality is approved by customers and reliable.
Traditional foundry integrates the contious innovation and the technology development, chooses manual shell making and metal pouring to produce 200 tons/month. Spectrometer,X-RAY and magnetic particle inspection equipment make the process more flexible and be able to meet customers’ multiple,low volume requirements in casting tolerance of ISO 8062 CT6, and surface roughness of Ra3.2
With rich experience and broad business oppertunities ,traditional foundry has been producing over 18000 items for a variety of industries,like automotive parts,fire and security protection parts,electric power components,boat parts,medical parts,printing components,precision instrument components,etc.
